Heavenly Catering’s founder and owner, Karin Slade knows what it’s like to be in a fog of grief and suddenly have to organise a funeral and a wake. Karin had eight deaths in her family in five months so she understands firsthand the particular challenges you might be facing at this difficult time.
Karin is also passionate about helping families celebrate the life of the person they’ve lost in very personal ways, such as incorporating their special foods and drinks into the wake menu and helping to create memory trees.
