At Catering By Design we have years of experience catering for events on the beach, on islands, on boats and in the park – all without access to a kitchen! Because our catering trailer is a mobile kitchen and is fitted out with all the kitchen equipment we need, we can easily cater for large quantities efficiently and effectively.

Whatever equipment you need for your outdoor event we can supply – chairs, tables, glassware, plates, servingware, decorations, lighting, sound system…and of course all of the delicious food and drinks and the staff to serve it all.

But what if the weather turns bad on the day of your event? Luckily, our marquees are available in a range of types and sizes, offering shade on hot, sunny days, and providing shelter if it’s a rainy day, so you won’t ever have to worry about the climate.

We regularly organise outdoor catering events in the Northern Beaches Council area and we have a working knowledge of council requirements and restrictions, such as public liability insurance and marquees. We can advise you on the finer details, such as where nearby toilets are located or whether alcohol is permitted.
